10X Your Money
With this raffle, these envelopes are typically placed at table settings throughout a banquet. Anyone wanting to play, can place any dollar amount between $5 and $20 inside the envelope (or whatever dollar amounts your committee decides). Envelopes are then collected and placed in a large tub or bucket. Whoever has their envelope drawn, receives 10 times the amount of money they placed inside the envelope, while RMEF retains all other funds. If they put $20 in it, they win $200. This raffle can be scaled and used with events of any size. These envelopes can be edited and printed through RMEF’s print on demand vendor. As always, consult with your regional director about state raffle laws beforehand.
Volunteer Recruitment Card
Are you looking to recruit attendees to become volunteers? These postcard-sized volunteer recruitment handouts are great to have on hand to give to anyone who may be interested in volunteering. Do you know someone in your crowd you think would make a great volunteer? Take this postcard to them during the banquet and ask them to consider becoming a volunteer. Encourage them to visit the website noted on the card and sign up to volunteer.
